Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Brother Store account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
